Who is EmiratesRealty?
EmiratesRealty is the UAEs number one property website. With over 90% of all UAE estate agents, we have the largest stock of properties available to search in one location. See more at EmiratesRealty.com!
Is EmiratesRealty an estate agent?
EmiratesRealty does not directly sell properties, our properties are advertised by Estate Agents or Developers who have a membership with us.
Can EmiratesRealty sell my property?

Can EmiratesRealty value my property?

Can EmiratesRealty give me legal or financial advice?

How is property loaded on EmiratesRealty?
There are two ways in which property information is provided to EmiratesRealty.
• Upload directly to EmiratesRealty.
Member agents/developers can use our EmiratesRealty property management portal and once saved, the property information will appear on EmiratesRealty immediately.
I've advertised my property with an agent but its not advertised on EmiratesRealty. What do I do?
Firstly, please ensure your agent is an EmiratesRealty member. If they are already a member, please check with the agent to ensure they have uploaded your properties details either through their own software or through EmiratesRealty Portal.
My property is advertised with an EmiratesRealty member agent, but it is not appearing on the website. Why not?
Please check with the agent to ensure they have uploaded their property either through their own software or through EmiratesRealty Portal. Refer to How Property is loaded on EmiratesRealty for more information.
Why is my house still online if it has been sold/let?
This could be due to EmiratesRealty not yet being updated by the agent. Similarly to loading properties to EmiratesRealty, we require the agent to remove the property from their data which will result in the removal from EmiratesRealty. Note also that your property may currently have the status Sold STC (Sold subject to contract) or let agreed. Properties of this nature can still appear on EmiratesRealty.
The details of my property on EmiratesRealty are incorrect, what do I do?
We receive all property information from our member agents and display it as it is received. Therefore we recommend you contact your agent and notify them of the errors so they can be rectified.
The sold price on my property is incorrect, how can this be fixed?
We receive sold prices information from our member agents/developers and display this information on our site. To arrange amendment of these details, you will need to contact the agent directly to arrange an update. We receive updates from the members once a month, and the record will be amended once they have sent the update to us.
Is it possible to get a copy of an old EmiratesRealty property listing and the images it had?
This is not something we are able to provide unless it is part of an official request involving an investigation or legal dispute.
My property is not appearing in the correct search (location).
Firstly you will need to contact your estate agent so that they can look into it. Your agent can then contact EmiratesRealty and we can look into this further for them.
My agent (or ex-agent) will not remove my property listing despite several requests. What do I do?
It is the agents responsibility to update and remove listings so you will need to pursue this with them. We can contact them on your behalf and ask them to remove it but ultimately it will need to be the estate agent that removes it.
